Located in the Cable Building National Historic Site, the main focus of the museum is to depict the commercial history and lifestyles of Bay Roberts at the turn of the 20th century. Eric and Betty Jerrett are founding members of the Bay Roberts Heritage Society and are also Friends of the Fry Family Foundation. Darryl Fry is an honorary member of the Bay Robert's Heritage Society. The Fry Family Foundation assists with operational funding and provides loans of artwork to the Art Gallery from the Fry Family Foundation’s art collection.
