Education Partnerships
The Fry Family has been building Partnerships with Educational Institutions in Newfoundland and Labrador since 1997. In 2023 the Foundation awarded 84 post-secondary scholarships to students in the province.
Fry Family Foundation committed to expand its focus on Leadership Development and Community Engagement by enhancing our Partnerships in Education. This will be achieved through the development and support of innovative programs that foster Leadership, Service Learning and Entrepreneurship, particularly amongst students and enterprises that strive for positive and sustainable social impacts. In 2023 the Foundation provided funding that was leveraged to provide stipends for 99 students on Service-Learning and Entrepreneurial work placements in Newfoundland and Labrador.
