2011-12 Scholarship Recipients

​Fry Family Foundation CNA Scholarship Program Enhanced

In 2011, The Fry Family Foundation further enhanced its award program with College of the North Atlantic by offering an Apprenticeship Award Initiative. The award was established to honour the memory of James Sellars, the father of Marlene (Sellars) Fry, who was the first plumber in Newfoundland to receive his Master Plumber License. Read about the Inaugural Presentation of the James Sellars Apprenticeship Award.  Pictured here at CNA's Prince Philip Drive Campus are Doug Burt, grandson of James Sellars, presenting the James Sellars Apprenticeship Awards to Welder student Justin Croft and Construction/Industrial Electrician student Mitch Morgan.
