Liam Watts is a first-year student at Memorial University currently studying engineering. Liam has a passion for problem-solving and wishes to make a difference in the world through engineering. He graduated with honours from Mealy Mountain Collegiate in Goose Bay, where he is also the class valedictorian of 2020. Outside of his academics, Liam is the squadron commander of his local air cadet squadron and is an independent math tutor. During his virtual studies this semester, he works a part-time job at his local pet store, where he is a cashier. After completing his Bachelor of Engineering, Liam plans to pursue a career in the field of mechanical engineering, and possibly one day he will start his own company.
