Town of Glovertown
Co-founder Darryl Fry's mother, Clarice Diamond Fry, was from Glovertown. He wrote, "My introduction to the business world came from my newspaper route in St. John's, but working with Uncle Ken and Aunt Viola in Glovertown solidified my long-term interest. In 1996, to commemorate those developmental summers in Glovertown, I wrote to their daughter, Clarice Diamond Goodyear, expressing my desire to build a facility in the town as a memorial to Uncle Ken. Clarice gathered a number of the townspeople, and shortly after that, in 1998, the Ken Diamond Memorial Park was opened to the public. We were so pleased with the results that when Aunt Viola moved into a seniors home, we bought the family residence and turned it into the House of Diamonds Art Gallery in 2004."

Diamond House
Built in 1937, the house originally belonged to Ken Diamond and his wife Viola. After Ken passed away and Viola moved out, FFF purchased the house and transferred ownership of the building to the town. House of Diamonds Art Gallery was established in 2006 as a not-for-profit volunteer-run art centre dedicated to promoting NL Artists and Artisans. It was later renamed Diamond House and has become a gathering place for community events and offers informative artistic and cultural experiences through concerts, art programs, workshops and residencies.
